We provide an emergency call-out service which will respond
to your problems the same day as long as the call is made prior to 10am. The
engineers time and spare parts are included unless otherwise stated in the service
program.
Operating System Patches and Up-dates
In order to assure your system is as safe as can be from
viruses, spam and other nasty infections we regularly up-date the 'patches'
offered by Microsoft to their software.
Preventative Maintenance
This covers a wise area and does include the up-date of
your Anti-Virus software. In addition the removal of 'tamp' & other unwanted
files are included.
Ongoing Advice
This is imperative when assuring your system continues
to support your business and avoids the situation many businesses find themselves
in with unwanted heavy bills for system rebuilds and up-grades all in one go!
